Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established engineering business who specialise in high-spec fuel storage and refuelling systems for global customers. This is a hands-on role where you'll see your work through from fabrication to finished product, working as part of a skilled and supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
- Fabricating and welding aluminium components (3-15mm), including pipework and vessels
- Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
- Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Assembling complex structures using your own initiative
- Supporting continuous improvement in production and workshop processes
- Following health & safety best practices and contributing to a safe working environment
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in aluminium welding and fabrication
- Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

This role is easily commutable from Lancaster, Heysham, Carnforth, and surrounding areas. You may also have experience as a TIG Welder, MIG Welder, Fabricator or Skilled Metal Worker.
