About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an experienced After Sales Parts Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturer of lorry trailers and commercial vehicle bodies based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that prides itself on quality, customer service, and innovation. You'll play a key role in managing the aftersales parts operation, ensuring customers receive excellent support while helping to drive efficiency and growth within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the parts department and aftersales function
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, and parts orders efficiently
- Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support and develop team members while maintaining high levels of customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience within a parts management, aftersales, or commercial vehicle environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle, trailer, or automotive parts operations
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Experience managing stock levels and supplier relationships
- Confident IT skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
