Hunters 4 Staff are supporting our client at JCB World HQ with a busy Accounts/Finance Assistant role. If you're confident with high‑volume data input and enjoy keeping things organised, this one will suit you well.
What you'll be doing
- Processing and posting around 100 invoices per day onto the ledger
- Logging invoice queries and diverting them back to the client for resolution
- Managing a busy inbox (around 200 emails a day)
- Ensuring all data is entered accurately and on time
- Previous experience in accounts, finance or high‑volume data entry
- Confident using finance systems and working with numerical data
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key
- Good communication skills for dealing with invoice queries
- Able to manage a busy workload and stay organised
- Weekly pay
- Full training and ongoing support
- Free on‑site parking at JCB World HQ
- Potential for the role to become very long term or potentially permanent
Ideal for anyone based around Rocester, Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Derby, Stoke‑on‑Trent or surrounding areas. Similar backgrounds include Finance Assistant, Accounts Clerk or Purchase Ledger Assistant.
