Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy wash site. This is a key leadership position requiring a strong production background and the ability to manage people, processes, and quality to audit-level standards (BRCGS). The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded and driven to achieve outstanding results through efficient planning and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full wash site operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Organise and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
- Resolve production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise staff, monitoring performance, attendance, and shift coverage.
- Ensure high output quality and compliance with BRCGS audit standards.
- Enforce health and safety measures across the site.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and plan for holiday/sickness cover.
- Communicate with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
