About the Role
Our client, a market‑leading estate agent in Manchester, seeks a highly motivated property manager to build excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
The role involves full responsibility for all management aspects of the allocated property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain great relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Receive and allocate maintenance jobs; manage invoicing.
- Communicate via phone, e‑mail and Whats App.
- Organise inspections, end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs and deposit returns.
- Handle tenancy move‑in and inventories.
- Provide resolution for complaints or issues raised.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Manage maintenance teams and third‑party contractors for responsive and planned maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in property management and the lettings sector is essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and responsibility for all management aspects of their property portfolio.
