This is a hands‑on role, perfect for someone with agency experience who’s eager to step up and take on more responsibility, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Manager within 18 months. You’ll work across a mix of clients, helping to deliver integrated campaigns and supporting pitches, while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Management Act as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, building trust and strong relationships. Work with colleagues to develop campaigns that meet client briefs, budgets, and business objectives. Take ownership of contact and status reports, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Coordinate and participate in client meetings and presentations. Support client satisfaction by delivering high‑quality, accurate work on time. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Liaise with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, performance) and external suppliers to deliver seamless campaigns. Handle campaign budgets, costs, and client invoicing. Support on new business pitches, contributing to creative and strategic responses. Media Assist with implementing media campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast. Work with the Performance Team to monitor and optimise campaigns. Analyse campaign results and contribute to client reporting. Creative
