The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing client services team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with agency experience who’s eager to step up and take on more responsibility, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Manager within 18 months.

Responsibilities
Client Management
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trust and strong relationships.
- Work with colleagues to develop campaigns that meet client briefs, budgets, and business objectives.
- Take ownership of contact and status reports, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Support client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, accurate work on time.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Liaise with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, performance) and external suppliers to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Handle campaign budgets, costs, and client invoicing.
- Support on new business pitches, contributing to creative and strategic responses.
Media
- Assist with implementing media campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast.
- Work with the Performance Team to monitor and optimise campaigns.
- Analyse campaign results and contribute to client reporting.
Creative & Content
- Brief creative teams on campaign requirements.
- Manage production timelines and quality control for creative outputs.
- Support the Strategy team in developing creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years’ experience in an agency account management role (or similar).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive, proactive, and reliable with strong ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong relationship-builder who can read and respond to client needs.
- Ability to learn quickly from feedback and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate with a finance or marketing related degree.
- Experience working with Financial Services clients.
- Familiarity with Higher Education marketing.
- Knowledge of media implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
