The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Freelance / Contractor Senior Account Manager to support our client services team across a portfolio of integrated marketing accounts.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex client relationships while remaining closely involved in campaign delivery.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating specialist teams and ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time and to an exceptional standard.
You'll act as a trusted adviser to clients, balancing strategic thinking with excellent project management and commercial awareness.
You'll work closely with our Media, Performance, Strategy, Creative, AI Visibility, Content and Analytics teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.
This role is ideal for an experienced agency professional who is comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and adding value from day one.
Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership
- Lead the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact across multiple projects.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and planning sessions.
- Understand client objectives, commercial priorities and organisational challenges.
- Provide strategic recommendations that improve campaign performance and client outcomes.
- Ensure consistently high standards of client service across every interaction.
- Campaign Delivery & Performance
- Take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery.
- Coordinate campaign implementation across Paid Media, Creative, Content, AI Visibility and Analytics teams.
- Review campaign plans, budgets, timelines and quality assurance before launch.
- Monitor campaign delivery, budgets, pacing and performance.
- Challenge campaign results and work closely with channel specialists to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns remain aligned to agreed KPIs and client objectives.
- Identify risks early and coordinate effective solutions.
- Support campaign launches, reporting and ongoing optimisation.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and client workstreams.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure efficient delivery.
- Produce clear briefs and manage project schedules.
- Track dependencies, approvals and resource requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout campaign delivery.
- Reporting & Insight
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
- Translate campaign data into clear commercial insights.
- Review reporting dashboards and identify trends and opportunities.
- Work alongside Performance specialists to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support strategic reviews, planning sessions and client workshops where required.
- Commercial Management
- Manage project budgets and monitor profitability.
- Support forecasting, invoicing and financial administration.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Prepare estimates, scopes of work and proposals.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a media agency, digital agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Proven experience managing complex client accounts and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of paid media, digital marketing and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to confidently interpret campaign data and translate insight into action.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
