We combine strategic thinking, creative excellence, AI, data and media expertise to help our clients achieve measurable commercial outcomes. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious Account Managers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of both client relationships and campaign delivery.

You'll become a trusted adviser to your clients while taking ownership of campaign delivery, commercial performance and project management. This role offers a clear progression pathway towards Senior Account Manager and Account Director.

  • Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Understand each client's objectives, challenges and commercial priorities.
  • Provide proactive recommendations that improve campaign performance and client outcomes.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of client service across every interaction.

  • Challenge campaign performance and work closely with channel specialists to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Review audience strategies, creative performance and testing plans.
  • Support campaign launches, reporting and ongoing optimisation.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects and campaign workstreams simultaneously.
  • Coordinate internal teams across Media, Strategy, Creative, Content, AI Visibility and Analytics.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies and client approvals.
  • Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Translate complex data into clear commercial insights.
  • Work alongside the Performance Team to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Commercial Management

  • Manage campaign budgets and project profitability.
  • Support forecasting, invoicing and financial administration.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
  • Support new business pitches where required.

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience within a media agency, digital agency or integrated marketing environment.
  • Experience managing client accounts and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, digital marketing and campaign optimisation.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insight into action.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience working with Higher Education, Healthcare, Financial Services or B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with website optimisation, SEO or AI Visibility.
  • Marketing, Business or related degree.
