We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing client services team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with agency experience who’s eager to step up and take on more responsibility, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Manager within 18 months.
You’ll work across a mix of clients, helping to deliver integrated campaigns and supporting pitches, while building strong client relationships.
Client Management- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trust and strong relationships.
- Support client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, accurate work on time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Liaise with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, performance) and external suppliers to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Support on new business pitches, contributing to creative and strategic responses.
- Brief creative teams on campaign requirements.
- Manage production timelines and quality control for creative outputs.
- Support the Strategy team in developing creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
1–2+ years’ experience in an agency account management role (or similar).
Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive, proactive, and reliable with strong ownership of tasks and projects.
Experience working with Financial Services clients.
Knowledge of media implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
