The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Account Manager to join our growing team. This is not a traditional client servicing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign delivery, understands how digital marketing channels work and is confident challenging performance to ensure every campaign delivers exceptional results. You'll own a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the central point between our clients and our specialist teams across Media, Performance, Strategy, Creative, AI Visibility, Content and Analytics. You'll ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, projects stay on track, and opportunities to improve performance are continually identified. You'll become a trusted adviser to your clients while taking ownership of campaign delivery, commercial performance and project management. This role offers a clear progression pathway towards Senior Account Manager and Account Director. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and become their primary point of contact. Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and status updates. Understand each client's objectives, challenges and commercial priorities.
