Senior Architect job in Lancashire, joining an established practice with a strong focus on healthcare projects. The role will involve leading projects through relevant RIBA stages, managing client relationships and coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders. ARB registration and BIM or Revit knowledge are essential, with healthcare, commercial or large-scale project experience considered.
Practice & Project Information
The practice delivers healthcare-focused architectural projects across the RIBA work stages. The successful candidate will take responsibility for project leadership, client management and coordinated architectural delivery. Previous healthcare experience is preferred, although candidates with relevant commercial or large-scale project backgrounds will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through relevant RIBA stages and coordinate project delivery
- Manage client relationships and act as a key architectural contact
- Use Revit for project coordination, documentation and technical delivery
- Coordinate projects through planning, technical design and construction stages
- Manage communication with consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Provide architectural leadership while maintaining design and technical requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- ARB registered Architect with experience leading UK architectural projects
- Strong client management and professional communication skills
- Design and technical capability across planning, technical and construction stages
- Intermediate Revit knowledge as a minimum
- Previous UK healthcare or commercial project experience
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, plus a driving licence and access to a car
Benefits and Package
Β£40,000 - Β£50,000 salary. Hybrid working with two days per week from home after probation. Private healthcare after one year of service and an employee assistance programme.
