An Architectural Technologist job in Lancashire supporting technical delivery across RIBA Stages 2 to 4. The role will focus on coordinated technical packages using Revit across healthcare and commercial projects, including technical documentation, specifications, detailing and drawing packages. Strong Revit capability and UK architectural practice experience are essential.
Practice & Project Information
This established architectural practice delivers healthcare and commercial projects, with a strong focus on coordinated technical information and project delivery. You will work alongside architects, associates and directors, contributing to technical coordination, project meetings, client presentations and document management across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 using Revit
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications and coordinated drawing packages
- Produce accurate technical detailing and maintain organised project documentation
- Collaborate with architects, associates and directors throughout project delivery
- Attend project meetings, client presentations and technical coordination discussions
- Support multiple project packages during busy technical delivery periods
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience within a UK architectural practice
- Strong Revit capability is essential
- Experience delivering and coordinating technical packages
- Healthcare or commercial project experience is required
- Experience producing technical details, specifications and drawing packages
- Ability to collaborate effectively across project teams and concurrent workloads
Benefits and Package
Β£30,000 - Β£40,000 salary. Hybrid working with two days per week working from home after probation. Private healthcare after 1 year of service and access to an employee assistance programme.
