Overview of the Role
An Architect job in Lancashire is available with an established architectural practice delivering healthcare projects. This role is open to Part III qualified and ARB registered architects, with Revit or BIM knowledge essential. Previous healthcare experience is preferred, although candidates with commercial or other large-scale project backgrounds will also be considered.
Practice & Project Information
The practice has a strong focus on healthcare projects, with work covering multiple RIBA stages. Candidates will support projects through planning, technical design and construction. Due to the office location, a driving licence and access to a car are required. Hybrid working is available following probation.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute architectural knowledge and experience to healthcare projects
- Use Revit as part of daily architectural project delivery
- Support projects across RIBA stages
- Assist with planning submissions, technical design and construction stages
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- Part III qualified and ARB registered Architect with UK project experience
- Revit knowledge at intermediate level or above is essential
- Healthcare, commercial or large-scale project experience
- Strong design and technical capability across planning, delivery and construction
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning procedures and statutory requirements
- Driving licence and access to a car
Benefits and Package
Β£30,000 - Β£40,000 salary. Hybrid working with two days per week from home after probation. Private healthcare after one year of service and an employee assistance programme.
