Cessnock Smash Repairs, now part of Hunter City Motor Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Spray Painter to join our busy and well-established panel repair workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

About the Role

As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
  • Colour match and mix paints accurately
  • Apply paint finishes using spray equipment
  • Carry out touch-ups and final detailing
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work efficiently to meet job deadlines and productivity targets

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an automotive spray painter
  • Trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
