The Opportunity: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Self-Employed Sales & Letting Negotiators to join our elite team. This is a pure commission-based role for true entrepreneurs who want to directly reap the rewards of their hard work. You will be the face of Hunter Realty, managing your own pipeline of vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants, with the full support of our established brand and administrative backbone.
Your Role:
- Proactively generate new business listings (sales and lettings) through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
- Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome for your clients.
- Manage the entire process from instruction to completion/check-in, providing outstanding customer service.
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand in alignment with Hunter Realty’s values.
- Utilize our cutting-edge CRM, marketing tools, and property portals to maximize your efficiency and reach.

- Possesses exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Is self-disciplined, highly organized, and driven by financial success.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a commission-only environment.
