On a typical day you will work to a financial target by:

Liaising with clients on their recruitment needs

Searching for the right candidates on job boards & Linkedin

Speaking with candidates to understand their needs & requirements

Selling in candidates that meet the clients’ needs & vice versa

Arranging interviews

Collating & delivering interview feedback

Organising & settling job offers with clients & candidates
The ideal candidate would be someone with sales experience and/or an individual who can confidently carry a professional conversation, has a drive to make money, and is capable on a computer (Excel & Word).
