We’re looking for an experienced QC Laboratory Manager to lead laboratory operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance standards, and driving continuous improvement within a high-performing quality function.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day laboratory operations, including testing, sample management, and documentation control
  • Ensure timely and accurate testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
  • Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support across laboratory processes and equipment
  • Lead investigations into quality deviations and support corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, GMP, and quality management requirements
  • Manage laboratory equipment lifecycle activities including qualification and change control
  • Drive performance improvements through KPIs, coaching, and team development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence and customer quality expectations

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree-qualified in a science-related discipline
  • 5+ years laboratory experience with leadership or supervisory experience
  • Background in analytical chemistry, product testing, QC, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, consumer goods, or similar regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and laboratory compliance requirements
  • Experience working with electronic quality systems, ERP/LIMS platforms, and laboratory instrumentation
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Location: On-site role (5 days per week)
