This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer ready to step up, or an established team leader looking for a new challenge within a well‑invested, forward‑thinking operation. You’ll lead a small on‑shift engineering team, drive reliability, support continuous improvement, and ensure equipment uptime across fast‑paced FMCG lines. Responsibilities: Leading and developing a team of engineers across the shift Prioritising and delegating maintenance tasks to maximise efficiency Supporting planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance across production assets Ensuring full compliance with site H
