We are looking for a proactive leader to manage and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence processes, lead change, and make a real impact on operational performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the site's quality processes to meet BRC, customer, and internal standards.
- Ensuring all documents, policies, and procedures are controlled, fit for purpose, and fully traceable.
- Driving compliance, continuous improvement, and effective action tracking across all functions.
- Creating a culture based around quality.
What You'll Do:
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality and compliance.
- Lead food safety and risk management systems (HACCP, VACCP, TACCP) ensuring full compliance and traceability.
- Oversee supplier approval and ensure alignment with industry and customer standards.
- Drive complaint reduction and improve food safety culture through data insights and communication.
- Develop and maintain document control and internal audit processes.
- Deliver training and awareness programs to embed a strong quality culture.
- Monitor key quality metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, and industry standards (e.g., BRC).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and lead change across multiple functions.
- Experience in quality systems management within food manufacturing or similar regulated environments.
