Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2025, they are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their Engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the workshop activities
- Supervise the technicians and contractors, delegating workloads, planning of daily work
- Participate in continuous improvement events
- Facilitate completion of workshop PM tasks as planned through SAP systems
- Undertake testing and refurbishment of safety-critical components
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Mechanical Engineering qualifications
- Basic engineering experience in machining, pipework, fitting, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, soldering
- Basic electrical knowledge
