Role Overview

  • Electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
  • Working as part of a skilled, supportive engineering team
  • Reporting into an experienced Maintenance Manager
  • Maintaining fast-moving, high-volume production lines
  • Involvement in CI/Kaizen projects and cross-functional improvements
  • Supporting machine installations and upgrades
  • Access to extensive internal and external training
  • Ensuring safe working practices at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Time-served apprenticeship (electrical or mechanical)
  • Strong background in FMCG, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing
  • Confident fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CI tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S)
  • Motivated team player with experience in fast-paced environments
