A rapidly growing manufacturing business is expanding its team and seeking a motivated Extrusion Operator to support ongoing investment and development. With significant upgrades across the site and a strong commitment to training, including a structured 3‑month onboarding programme, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience to join a stable, well-established team.
Role Overview
- Support extrusion line production, working closely with the Lead Operator
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and hygiene standards
- Handle raw materials, including de‑bagging and following customer specifications
- Remove, palletise and package finished products
- Manage and dispose of waste materials correctly
- Record production data and contribute to process improvements
- Assist with deep cleaning of machinery
Skills & Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience is highly advantageous
