You will be working with modern, high‑spec production machinery in a site that is continually investing in new technology, automation, and engineering capability.
Role Overview
- Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance to maximise OEE, minimise downtime, and enhance equipment reliability
- Work closely with engineering colleagues, production teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain exceptional health & safety standards and promote safe working practices
- Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of process enhancements
- Contribute to ongoing engineering and improvement projects
