Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a commercial strategy targeting OEMs and Tier 1 & 2 suppliers across the region.
- Generate, qualify and convert leads into major capitalâequipment opportunities, building a robust pipeline.
- Reâengage dormant accounts and strengthen longâstanding customer relationships.
- Lead RFQs, contract reviews, pricing strategy and seniorâlevel negotiations for highâvalue machinery projects.
- Produce accurate, insightâled forecasts to support strategic commercial decisions.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to translate customer requirements into practical, costâeffective CNC solutions.
- Identify opportunities across upgrades, maintenance, tooling and repair services to maximise account value.
- Proven business development experience selling highâvalue, lowâvolume capital equipment â ideally CNC machinery or related engineering solutions.
- A multiâchannel sales approach, including cold calling, marketing, social media and exhibitions.
- Strong technical aptitude â knowledge of CNC machining and tooling is essential.
- Experience managing complex, longâcycle sales with multiple stakeholders and seniorâlevel decisionâmakers.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Solutionâfocused and technical mindset, enabling you to solve engineering problems and guide customers toward commercially viable technical solutions.
