Senior Manufacturing Engineer Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new product introduction, and deliver operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the transfer of products into manufacturing. Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline. ~3+ years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment. ~ Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools, including Daily Management, Standard Work, and Lean Conversion. ~ Experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device manufacturing environments. Experience working in cleanroom manufacturing. CAD design experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
