Great opportunity has just arisen to join a leading mechanical engineering company based in Warwick. You will be supervising a small team of engineers whilst remaining hands on with servicing and repairs.
The Role:
- Undertakes and oversees repairs of electric motors, pumps and gearboxes.
- Providing training/toolbox talks to reports where needed.
- The cost-effective deployment of resources (labour and material) to achieve plan.
- Supervising team members, managing discipline, attitude, appearance and time keeping.
- Providing support and guidance to all employees while setting the standards for others to adopt.
- Workshop maintenance.
- Plan workflow in order to meet customer requirements as directed by the workshop manager and workshop foreman.
The Candidate:
- Previous supervisory experience within electrical motors, pumps and gearboxes.
- Computer skills required to basic level.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE.
- Team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
