Job Overview:
Our client designs bespoke engineered products for high‑specification environments and is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to implement new processes and spot areas of improvement. This role comes with good autonomy, reporting directly to the Directors of the business, and requires hands‑on involvement in the warehouse, working with a small team to ensure goods in and out are completed on time and to high standards.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Run day‑to‑day warehouse operations and keep everything moving
- Handle goods in/out, stock control, and checks
- Drive process improvements and efficiency
- Keep stock accurate, organised, and systems updated
- Work closely with admin on deliveries, purchasing, and projects
- Lead a small team and maintain a safe, compliant warehouse
- Support and carry out deliveries for project work as required
About You:
- Strong experience in warehouse operations and stock control
- Proven ability to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Confident using IT systems, including warehouse/ERP software
- Hands‑on approach with a willingness to get stuck in daily
- Full UK driving licence (held 6+ years) and over 25 for insurance
- British citizen, able to obtain security clearance
