They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader, to lead all preparation, loading, unloading & reporting of deliveries to site. Role & Responsibilities: Lead a team of X7 people – loaders, forklift drivers, dispatch operatives Carry out loading & unloading of all vehicles – using a forklift Managing movement of incoming vehicles, advising drivers where to go, manning the dispatch office Make sure the team are following all site and health & safety standards Quality release audits for all deliveries leaving site Shift handovers and reporting Planning work in and out via computerized systems Monitor stock levels and provide updates to production Flexible to working every other Saturday (6am-2pm) when on the early shift week – paid at overtime Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Flexible person that is happy to work on the forklift loading vehicles and lead a team Must have leadership experience in a warehouse, transport, logistics environment Strong people management skills – able to suggest improvements, challenge & develop team Health & safety focused Must have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence Good organisational skills – able to plan, manage workload, prioritise jobs Must be flexible and happy to working every other Saturday (6am-2pm) Ideally have experience of working in a warehouse attached to manufacturing Computer literate – use of computerised planning system, scanners etc. Comfortable with heavy lifting duties \”To apply please email your CV / resume to [ ]\”. – Chris Gumm – (phone number removed) If you are interested in this position please click \’apply\’.
