Salary: £60'000 TO £70'000 About the Role We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new product introduction, and deliver operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support projects focused on improving safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Investigate process issues and product non-conformances using structured problem-solving techniques.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the transfer of products into manufacturing.
Create and maintain process, validation and manufacturing documentation.
Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or a related discipline. 3 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools including Daily Management, Standard Work and Lean Conversion.
Background in process and equipment improvement within a regulated industry.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.
Desirable Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device manufacturing experience.
Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
Six Sigma qualification or proven application of Six Sigma tools.
