Role overview
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join us at the ground level – learning all aspects of recruitment (candidate sourcing, business development) with the help and guidance of other Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Client relationship management and help deliver excellent service
- Qualify job briefs and develop job specs in collaboration with senior consultants
- Learn and utilise recruitment tools, CRM systems, job boards and social/professional networks
- Business development-identifying opportunities, supporting proposals and expanding our client base
- Engage in team meetings, knowledgeâ sharing and community initiatives consistent with our Bâ Corp ethos
- Hit agreed metrics and targets
