This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Maintenance engineer with a track record of high level task performance, team support and implementing improvements.
Role Description
- Lead and mentor an engineering team
- Supervise and support with PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability
- Lead small to medium sized engineering projects
- Maintain accurate record of engineering activity
- Ensure optimum levels of stocks are maintained
- Act as a CMMS Superuser for the team
Skills and Qualifications
- Full Maintenance Engineering apprenticeship
- Industrial Engineering Background
- Track record of experience with supporting teams and developing staff
- Qualified up to HNC level
- Strong skills both mechanically and electrically
