Role & Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, modify, and repair injection mould tools to defined drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mould tools to ensure reliability, consistency, and extended tool life.
- Diagnose tooling issues affecting quality, cycle time, or scrap and implement effective corrective actions.
- Support tool trials, set‑ups, and validation activities in conjunction with Engineering and Production.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for tooling‑related non‑conformities or customer complaints.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Toolmaker
- Experience working on injection mould tooling
