Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture, assemble, modify, and repair injection mould tools to defined drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mould tools to ensure reliability, consistency, and extended tool life.
  • Diagnose tooling issues affecting quality, cycle time, or scrap and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Support tool trials, set-ups, and validation activities in conjunction with Engineering and Production.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for tooling-related non-conformities or customer complaints.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Toolmaker
  • Experience working on injection mould tooling
