As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, setting and maintaining engineering standards, managing technical files, mentoring, and training engineers. We seek candidates passionate about making a difference in the water-environmental sector, with a practical and positive outlook. Experience in the water industry, particularly in wastewater treatment or engineering delivery processes, is preferable. However, enthusiasm and a responsive approach to wastewater treatment solutions are most important.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and process support on/off site and to clients
- Review non-routine jobs before workshop handover
- Assist with equipment specification and project preparation
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and commissioning plans
- Develop and implement technical training plans for new engineers, sales, and external agents
- Develop video tutorials and standard working practices
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), HNC or above
- Experience in technical writing for SOPs, RAMS, commissioning plans, etc., in water treatment or related industries (desirable)
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001:2015 standards and relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, innovative, with a positive attitude
