Experience in the water industry, particularly in wastewater treatment or engineering delivery processes, is preferable. However, enthusiasm and a responsive approach to wastewater treatment solutions are most important. Salary & Benefits: Eligible for company bonus scheme Medicash Scheme – medical expenses, 24-hour online GP services, discounted gym memberships 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Increasing annual leave with long service 3x annual salary life insurance (DIS) Support for development and training Responsibilities: Provide technical and process support on/off site and to clients Review non-routine jobs before workshop handover Assist with equipment specification and project preparation Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and commissioning plans Develop and implement technical training plans for new engineers, sales, and external agents Develop video tutorials and standard working practices Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), HNC or above Experience in technical writing for SOPs, RAMS, commissioning plans, etc., in water treatment or related industries (desirable) Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001:2015 standards and relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, innovative, with a positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
