Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks
- Create detailed 2D engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly
- Support prototyping, testing, and design iteration activities
- Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability
- Contribute to New Product Development and continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- A few years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modelling and assemblies)
- Strong experience producing 2D technical drawings to industry standards
