Role & Responsibilities: Manage a team of 4 across the Surface Mount Technology team Oversee two production lines Manage work flow, material flow, and day to day activities of the team Monitor and report performance to senior management Be hands-on and solve problems when they arise Train and upskill the staff when needed Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and experience in Electronics Drive and ambition to grow with the business Experience of leading a team, supervising or showing leadership qualities- either as a hobby, within education or at work!
