- Ensuring production and customer demand is maintained.
- Ensuring all production requirements are met and customer delivery achieved OTIF.
- Reviewing vendor performance and managing relationships to achieve maximum stock turn and quality accuracy.
- Liaising with internal staff to manage min/max settings and vendors.
- Ensuring stock condition and layout is maximised to ensure quality pick/pack and delivery.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop and implement systems and processes that improve overall production operations - utilising LEAN practices.
- Maintaining zero lost time status and ensuring working practices are followed within the area and team.
- Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maximum output efficiency.
- Setting department objectives.
