Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes in line with QMS and industry standards
- Monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive root‑cause corrective actions
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality requirements and compliance
- Conduct and support internal/external audits, quality control plans, and project quality gates
- Provide training, guidance, and continuous improvement support across the organisation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
- Experience in quality auditing, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, and able to build effective stakeholder relationships
