We're looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to play a key role in leading the engineering team, being the escalation point of contact, planning in the maintenance works, contractor management and everything in between. Roles & responsibilities:

  • Hands-on shop floor leadership as the Maintenance Team Leader and escalation point
  • Leading and developing engineers, mentoring apprentices
  • Resource planning and plant cover
  • CMMS analysis, planned maintenance, PMS RCA, 5 Why, FMECA, RCM
  • Contractor and supplier management
  • Maintenance Excellence roadmap & 5S
  • OEM liaison and standardisation

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed engineering apprenticeship
  • Strong hands-on engineering background within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading people and/or contractors - essential (this may be as a Team Leader, Shift Lead or Supervisor)
  • Comfortable working in a shop-floor-based leadership role and managing day-to-day engineering priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
