We are looking for an Engineering Technician to play a key role in maintaining and improving cutting-edge production equipment in a fast-paced environment. Roles & responsibilities:
- Provide safe, front-line reactive maintenance and get equipment back into service quickly.
- Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical systems.
- Lead shift-based problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement cost-effective improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
- Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach operators on asset care tasks and collaborate as part of a high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
- Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical/Electrical bias with multiskilled capability.
- ONC/HNC qualification (IOSH/Nebosh desirable).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
