Key Responsibilities
- Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Identify, test, and repair mechanical/electrical equipment to maintain efficiency.
- Preventive Maintenance: Monitor equipment and input findings into CMMS for proactive care.
- Technical Support: Liaise with OEMs and suppliers to troubleshoot and source parts.
- Problem Solving: Lead investigations using 5WHY and RCA techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with First Line Response Technicians and operators.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend long-term solutions and raise lifecycle concerns.
- System Utilisation: Use PMS to prioritise tasks and support root cause analysis.
- Workplace Organisation: Contribute to 5S initiatives for tidy, efficient workspaces.
