We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new product introduction, and deliver operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support projects focused on improving safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Investigate process issues and product non-conformances using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the transfer of products into manufacturing.
- Create and maintain process, validation and manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools including Daily Management, Standard Work and Lean Conversion.
- Background in process and equipment improvement within a regulated industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.
Desirable
- Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device manufacturing experience.
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
- Six Sigma qualification or proven application of Six Sigma tools.
- CAD design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar).
