Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead site‑wide Lean strategy, driving cultural change and High‑Performing Teams (HPT) across all functions.
  • Deliver measurable business improvements through Lean Six Sigma projects, cost‑saving initiatives, and process optimisation.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Green Belts and problem‑solving capability (Kaizen, A3, DMAIC) across the organisation.
  • Oversee strategy deployment, business continuity planning and risk management activities.
  • Analyse and improve complex business processes, ensuring sustainable, repeatable operational performance.

Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering improvements and automation projects within manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
