Your key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Ownership: Reviewing sales handovers to confirm project viability, financial margins, and technical specifications.
- Launch & Execution: Leading pre-project meetings with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and installation schedules.
- Safety Leadership: Compiling task-specific RAMS and ensuring every project adheres to Health & Safety regulations.
- Resource Management: Ordering high-spec equipment and managing plant/hire requirements, while tracking team utilisation and vendor accreditations.
- Risk & Quality Control: Proactively managing project risks & overseeing snagging issues.
What You'll Need
We are looking for a professional who takes total ownership and can navigate a live, fast-moving industrial site with confidence.
- Background: 5+ years in an industrial/commercial engineering environment.
- Project Experience: 2+ years specifically in Project Coordination or Management.
- Safety Focused: A thorough understanding of H&S regulations (IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are highly desirable).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable bridging the gap between sales teams, sub-contractors, and corporate clients.
- Logistics: A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site visits.
- Location: Comfortable with occasional travel to the Sittingbourne office for team collaboration and reporting.
