We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to lead technical training and train-out activities across our engineering department, improving the performance and reliability of our SIG filling and downstream packaging equipment within a fast-paced drinks manufacturing environment. This is a key engineering role focused on driving equipment reliability, supporting operational performance, and developing engineering capability across the site.
You'll act as the go-to specialist for complex fault finding, equipment optimisation, and technical training, helping to raise standards and knowledge across the wider engineering and production teams. As the site specialist for SIG and downstream equipment, you will provide advanced technical support across production operations while leading knowledge development and best practice within the engineering team. A major part of this role will involve coaching and training engineers and operators to improve technical capability and strengthen frontline fault-finding skills across the factory.
