Our client is currently looking for a project manager with proven experience to support their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for looking after a variety of contracts within the patch, overseeing the M&E team who provide a mixture of servicing, PPM and reactive works.
The company has seen rapid growth over the past few years, with ambitious directors that are looking to take the business to the next level currently supporting many high profile and commercial contracts across the South.
Job Description:- Planning and organisation on multiple M&E projects
- Conduct KPIs and report these to senior management, ensuring targets are met
- Be the first point of contact for any queries and issues from the engineers
- Control of quotes and pricing
- Manage a small team of engineers and sub-contractors
- Compliance and H&S checks
- Conduct site audits when required
- Strengthen existing relationships with clients
- Proven experience in a project management role
- SMSTS
- Mechanical or electrical qualification (Preferred)
- Full UK drivers license
