Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve quality assurance processes.
- Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
- Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analysing quality performance data and producing reports to support business decision-making.
- Investigating quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Providing technical support and guidance to operational teams on quality-related matters.
- Developing, maintaining, and improving quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Supporting customer and supplier quality activities where required.
Requirements
