Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on various automated storage systems.
- Carry out annual servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs of units.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults independently.
- Support system upgrades, including software updates.
- Assist with the commissioning and installation of new systems at client sites.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.
- Provide technical support and product training to clients.
- Complete and submit service reports/documentation promptly and accurately.
- Manage your own travel and schedule efficiently.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong willingness to learn and a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Experience or qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or general engineering.
- Excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
