We are representing a premium aesthetic technology equipment distributor based in Slough. They supply high-end, cutting-edge devices to clinics and businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Service/Logistics Coordinator to join the team. This is a dynamic, reactive role where you will be the vital link between customers, field service engineers, and the internal sales team.
If you love variety, you will be doing:
- Engineer Scheduling: Coordinating and booking site visits for a team of 3 specialist engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient route planning.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing the movement, delivery, and tracking of high-value equipment and demonstration units for the sales team.
- Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, updating them on engineer ETAs, and resolving service-related issues.
- Problem Solving: Reacting quickly when plans change.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the internal sales and operational teams to keep the day-to-day business running like clockwork.
